All hardware and software is supplied through accredited distributors, all major brands are available with full warranties and guarantees. We also offer all major brand refurbished hardware through accredited suppliers with warranties. we also cater for customized hardware as per specification.
Networking and Auditing services
Comprehensive networking services are offered these include all forms of network cabling and connectivity, back end switching and server room installation. We also offer complete IT auditing on existing equipment.
Service Level Agreements
Various SLA (Service level agreements) can be offered as per each clients requirements. This includes remote only, onsite or a combination of both services as per requirement. All SLA agreements are based on short term agreements with 30 day cancellation periods.
Laptop repairs
We offer repairs on all new or older model laptops including original replacement parts depending on availability, we also have access to large collection of used laptop spares.
Hardware and printer repairs
All brands of hardware and printers can be repaired either by our in house repair center or out sourced to the relevant repair agents.
